Living on the beautiful Northern Beaches is a privilege and we should all play our part in keeping it nice and clean. The local council working with URM has really taken action on single-use plastics, with a targeted campaign to really minimise the amount of waste produced with an eye-catching colorful campaign. 

Initially, Apex Signage was asked to tender the project to wrap 40 trucks in various colours. After carefully quoting the tender, Apex Signage was awarded the contract due to our fair price and the way we presented our submission. The next step was to organise an onsite meeting to discuss the best way to roll out such a large project in a relatively short time period. Once we had produced a chart indicating our print, production and installation times, it was put into motion. 

We then had to carefully colour match all 9 colours to ensure that the print colour matched the paint colour as closely as possible. From there we had the mammoth task of printing just over 500m of quality wrap film and coordinate the installation with our team to ensure the project was completed by the 1st of July.

We’re very proud of our expert team of designers, print and machine operators, production and installers who all contributed to carry out this great project. We now see these trucks every day and hope that the message is getting across to everyone to minimise their waste, in particular, single-use plastics.
